DIY Wedding: Confetti Shooters
Published: February 3, 2012
There is just something about confetti that makes a party feel like a celebration... these fun shooter make it all the more festive. Today's DIY project comes from a great blog I stumbled across, You are My Fave. Full of ideas, the confetti shooter were certainly one of my favorites! Using mini cake push-up containers (available for purchase from Think Garnish for less than a dollar), a wooden dowel cut to size and assorted paper scraps, this project is as easy as one, two, three! These could be used when the bride and groom share their first kiss or walk back down the aisle as husband and wife. I also like the idea of using this for your grand exit... both will make for amazing and memorable photo ops!
One word of caution... be sure to check with your venue on their policies related to confetti. Some venues may charge you additional clean-up fees and this would definitely end you wedding day on a downer. Happy crafting!
