Today's real wedding was brought to us by the very talented Laurie Carpenter Photography. Jennifer and Will got married on May 29th at St. Philip Catholic Church and held their reception at The Red House. We are loving all the pink details in this wedding. Read on to hear more from Jennifer about their real Tennessee wedding.

What traditions did you follow? My something old was my Great Grandmothers engagement ring that I wore. Something new was my dress. Something borrowed one of my bridesmaids veil. And something blue was my garter, given to me by my grandmother.

What was the most important thing to you about your wedding? That it was the most important day of our lives so far and the happiest!

Tell us about “the” dress. Who was with you when you found it? My dress was a strapless ivory French lace gown. It was the first one I tried on and I knew it was the one. I tried like one or two after that but knew it was the one. I bought it and canceled the other appointments I had that day. That was probably the easiest decision I made! My mother, maid of honor and one of my bridesmaids were with me. 

If you could do anything different, what would it be? Not stress so much over the little details. At the end of the day we were married and that was all that mattered.

What was your favorite moment your photographer captured and why? All of them! If we have to pick one, it would be the one of us leaving the reception. Our friends and family were lined up waiving sparklers. Will was spinning me as we danced down the line. It was a perfect ending to our wedding.
